How much does it cost to use Food Ninjas?

We take a low commission fee of 6% (including the payment processing fee) for every card transaction. We do not take commissions for cash transactions/orders, neither do we charge a monthly service charge. Get in touch with us for more information on pricing that is right for your restaurant

Do you manage complaints, refunds and chargebacks?

No, this is what sets us apart from the other platforms. You take back control, you decide if a customer should be fully or partially refunded. Potentially saving you hundreds, if not thousands per year. 

We will however support your business with chargeback claims via the banks and payment processing appeals process. 

Can I customise my online menu to match my branding?

Yes, you can customise the colours, branding and style to match your branding. We will however do this for you during the on-boarding process. 

Do I get my customer data?

Of course! They are your customers, we give you full access to customer data, allowing you to build direct relationships with your customers and use the data for marketing purposes.

How long does it take to setup my online menu?

On average it takes one week to setup your online menu, import all your menu items and matching to your existing branding. 

Can I use my own domain / website address?

Yes, if you have control of your existing domain we can connect it within a couple of hours. If you don’t have control, we can work with your existing provider to gain control. Or, we can aquire you a new domain for you.

No matter the option you take, we will get your menu and website to the top of Google in a matter of days.
